Precision machined propellers by Acme have revolutionized the propeller manufacturing industry. All Acme Propellers are cast in our own North American foundry and 100% CNC machined in one of our two QS-9000 manufacturing facilities.
Computer Numerically Controlled milling machines provide an extremely accurate and consistent means for removing metal. This method of production, relative to hand-finished, translates into Acme Propeller perfection, and the elimination of one big variable in boat performance.
We have many sizes in stock. Contact us to see if we have the perfect propeller for your boat and application.

When selecting a repair facility for your Acme prop it is wise to inquire into the confidence and experience level of the facility in the repair of inboard propellers. It is also prudent to ensure that the facility possesses either the necessary pitch blocks (specifically designed for Acme props), or that they have the appropriate scanning equipment, to enable them to return the prop to specifications which are reasonably true to the original design and high level of accuracy of that Acme part number.
If there are any questions as to the correct design or dimensions of an Acme part number, your repair facility may contact us concerning actual numerical specifications and/or any other questions they might have.
If you do not have a qualified repair facility in your area, Acme does offer repair service. Just give use a call at 1-888-661-ACME with your information, and we will give you a return number and the correct ship-to address for the repair.
